  Product Questions:  

Q: Why not use products from my hardware/fastener representative  or "Big Box" store? 

A: These suppliers do not have products that are designed to meet the demands of industrial end-users.  We are professional grade and stand behind everything we deliver.  Hardware/fastener representatives are not "experts", we are.

Q: What do I need to do before using the epoxy coating/repair/resurfacer products? 

A: Remove all grease, oil, dust and debris.  If the surface is especially smooth "scratch" the surface.  Scarifiers or sanders can be found at your local rental house.  We have degreasers under "Floor Prep".  Our products are extremely easy to use. 

Q: I'm not sure about my unique repair, will you talk to me about it? 

 

A: Yes.  Call us, we will even arrange for a field rep. to visit your site if desired. 

Q: I want Legacy Industrial to install the products.  Can you help me me? 

 

A: Yes.  we can direct you to an authorized installer or concrete polisher.

Q: We need samples.  Can you help us? 

 

A: Yes.  We have low cost sample kits.

 

Q: I am new to concrete polishing, can you tell me which product fits my application?

 

A: Yes, give us a call.

Q: It's very late at night and I am in the middle of a project. I have a technical problem.  Can you help me?

A: YES, send us an e-mail or leave us a message with your issue.  We have someone monitoring our messages 24/7/365.  We will do our best to help you.

 

 

Shipping/Ordering Questions:

 

Q: When will my order ship? 

A: Typically, the next business day.  If you have a special or urgent delivery request, call us.    

 

Q: Do you ship nationwide? 

A: Yes, we have customers in every state, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

Q: I've never used a credit card on-line.  Is it safe? 

A: Yes, it's safe.  If you don't feel confident in an online purchase, we can take your order over the phone, call us.
 

Q: We want to purchase in volume for a very large job.  Do you have larger quantities and discounts to match? 

A: Yes.  These requests need to be made by phone or e-mail.  We can accomodate large quantities and price discounts (custom colors too).
 

 

Q: Our company requires a proposal.  Can you provide a detailed proposal?

A: Yes.  We can e-mail or mail you a proposal.  Once approved, we can send you an electronic invoice for easy payment processing as well.
