Use this to achieve a "Cool Roof". Our copolymer Rubber Roof Coating is a synthetic rubber coating that transforms most existing roof membranes into an attractive and highly reflective surface with enhanced weathering characteristics. The roof coating creates a monolithic membrane that has excellent elongation, tensile strength, UV resistance, low temperature flexibility and superior adhesion properties.
For: coating roof surfaces
Specific Applications: wood, metal, EPDM, APP, TPO and Hypalon
Finish: flat
Pot Life: 1 to 1.5 hour
Dry Time: allow for 24 hours
Coverage: (1) Kit will cover approx. 500 sq. ft. (dependent on surface condition)
