Resurfacing, Repairing and Patching Concrete Floors
Legacy Industrial's Epoxy Mortars are the ideal products for adding new life to existing concrete floors that suffer from spalling, cracking and overall damage. These products are high strength, quick-cure and easy to apply. Like all our products they are designed for in-house employees to install themselves. They may be applied as a resurfacer over an entire floor or can be used to repair specific areas like a patch.
Each kit consists of (1) container of "A" , (1) container of "B" and enough Silica Aggregate to make a smooth consistent, easy to trowel mortar. These mortars are self-priming and do not require much more preparation than a broom swept surface. They are available in multiple colors, package sizes and formulations. They will resist chemicals, thermal shock, impacts and heavy traffic for many, many years.
EconoStrength Mortar HD-105: This mortar is the least expensive of our line. It is designed for good strengh and will perform excellent in low-impact applications. Pot-Life: 20 minutes: Traffic Ready in 6 to 10 hours.
SuperDuty Mortar HD-110: This mortar exhibits excellent strength and abrasion resistance and therefore is our # 1 product year after year. Resistant to: Steel-Wheeled Equipment, Falling 55 gallon drums, Rolled Paper, Vibration, and your worst!!Pot-Life: 30 minutes: Traffic Ready in 6 to 10 hours
NutraChem Mortar HD-120: This mortar has a high degree of resistance to most Acids and Chemicals, also exhibiting high strength. Immersion applications and troughs are no problem. Pot-Life: 30 minutes: Traffic Ready in 6 to 10 hours
Food Service Mortar HD-123: USDA approved and the best choice for Federally inspected meat/chicken plants, AIB inspected bakeries and sites where heavy wash-downs and thermal shock occur frequently. Pot-Life: 20 to 30 minutes: Traffic Ready in 6 to 10 hours.
CoolerDuty Mortar HD-124: Best utilized in temperatures around 32 degrees f. This product is designed for colder temperatures found in coolers and freezers. It can be utilized outdoors in winter as well. Pot-Life: 15 minutes: Traffic Ready in 2 to 4 hours.
PolarPatch HD-128: Sub-Zero temperatures are no problem for this mortar. Commonly used at -10 and colder. This mortar is only available in (2) gallon units due to it's short pot-life. Pot-Life: 4 minutes: Traffic Ready in 1 hour.
BlackBeauty Mortar HD-130: Designed for use on asphalt floors, indoors/outdoors or concrete floors that have been impregnated by oil. Pot-Life: 30 minutes: Traffic Ready in 4 to 10 hours.
FastPatch HD-343: SuperFast Epoxy Repair kit packaged in a dual component cartridge. Use our dual component application gun to apply this product. Use to bond slabs, fill cracks, level holes and resurface small areas. Dry time is (1) hour for fork-truck traffic @ 70 degrees!!
Omni-Pour (TM) HD-500: This product is used to resurface or patch concrete floors that are dry or wet, warm or cold!! Finally a product that really looks like concrete too. Easy mix and pour formulation acts like a slurry but yields high strength. Gray Color Only. Pot-Life: 30 mins. Coverage: Approx. 40 sq ft per kit, at 1/8" thick.

Painting, Coating and Sealing Concrete Floors
Legacy Industrial supplies a huge variety of epoxy coatings. We listed our most popular on this site. Call us with your unique application and we will prescribe the right coating for the job. These products are typically roller or squeegee applied. They are all in kit form and contain instructions on prep and usage. Naturally, we carry a variety of colors, package sizes and textures. Lastly, we also have decorative quartz aggregates, colored flake and non-skid grits available. Our technical service department will gladly help you choose a product that's right for your application(Novalac, Vertical and Cold-Temp available).

SealCoat HD-015: A waterborne thin-mil coating which can be applied as a stand-alone sealer or used as a primer for high-build coatings. Available in (13) colors, including clear. Pot-Life: (1) Hour, Traffic: 16 to 20 hours, Coverage: 230- 320 sq ft. per gallon.
SkidCoat HD-016: A waterborne thin-mil coating which is designed as a stand-alone skid-proofing top-coat. Use this on loading docks, ramps and generally any surface that may be slippery. Available in (12) colors. Pot-Life: (1) Hour, Traffic: 16 to 20 hours, Coverage: 114-160 sq ft. per gallon.
HiPro HD-144: A solvent based thin-mil coating which is utilized for faster cure situations. HD-144 may be used as a stand-alone sealer or as a primer for high-build coatings. Better performance compared to waterborne coatings. Available in (13) colors, including clear. Pot-Life: (3-5) Hour, Traffic: 14 to 18 hours, Coverage: 300-320 sq ft. per gallon.
Oil Stop HD-820: Our HD-820 is a purpose-designed product. It is specifically used to prime surfaces that have been or are suspect for oil contamination. Once cured, it can be topcoated with other products. Available in (1) color, black. Pot-Life: (2-4) Hour, Traffic: 16 to 20 hours, Coverage: 200-320 sq ft. per gallon.
MaxiCoat HD-707: Our most popular selling coating, year after year. When applied correctly, HD-707 will smooth out mild roughness, fill small cracks and give a "rich" appearance. It can be squeegee applied or rolled. It will except non-skid grits and colored flake. It is your number one choice when coating over an older coating as it will not "react" with older coatings. We recommend HD-015 or HD-144 as a single coat primer when coating over new or uncoated concrete. Available in (13) colors. Pot-Life: (30-50) Minutes, Traffic: 12-14 hours, Coverage: 53-130 sq ft. per gallon.
MaxiCoat Anti-Skid HD-210: Heavy Duty skid resistant coating. This product can be used to coat: Concrete, Masonry, Wood and Steel. Loading docks, ramps, pedestrian walkways, catwalks and all exterior applications. No primer required. Available in (12) colors. Pot Life: 60 Minutes, Traffic 10 -12 hours, Coverage: 240 -308 sq ft. per kit.
IronCoat HD-358: Our HD-358 is a superior top-coat to any epoxy coating. It will enhance UV light stability, increase wear characteristics and create a great defense to most chemicals, solvents and petroleum products. Available in clear. Pot-Life: (1) Hour, Traffic: 16 to 20 hours, Coverage: 500 sq ft. per gallon.

Filling Joints, Cracks and Voids in Concrete Floors
Legacy Industrial is the industry leader when it comes to crack/joint products. These products are available in easy to use "Squeeze Gun" form, convenient pourable and extremely popular "gel" form. These products are commonly used in Meat/Chicken plants, AIB inspected bakeries, and Pharma/Chemical related industries. Our formulas are extra strong but also allow for flexibility, key to a long service life. QuickSet Epoxy Joint/Crack Filler HD-830: Available in cartridge form and easily applied with our HD-Gun (dual cartridge squeeze gun). Also availble in container form. This product is ready for traffic in (1) hour!!
Gel Form Epoxy Joint/Crack Filler HD-821: HD-821 has been a proven performer for years. It can be mixed with a spackle knife or mixing paddle and is packaged in equal components for easy metering. Use as little as you need for each application. Pot-Life: (1) hour. Ready for traffic in (4-6) hours.
Pourable Epoxy Joint/Crack Filler HD-818: Old reliable pourable filler. Easy metering in convenient equal part packaging. Use as little as you need for each application. Pot-Life: (1) Hour. Ready for traffic in (6 - 8) hours.
Applying and Mixing our products
We carry a small array of tools as most of what you need is available at your local hardware/big-box store. However, they are available for convenience!!
Marshalltown Mud-Mixing Paddle: This is the only tool that should be used for our mortar products. Excellent craftsmanship, hex handle so it won't slip in your drill and open frame design to lessen torque to the operator.
Dual Component Application Gun: This is the only "squeeze gun" that we can stand behind for the HD-830 and HD-343 cartridge products. Made in the USA!!
Coating, Patching and Creating Defined Walkways on Roofs
Maintaining commercial roofing is an important and costly job. Legacy Industrial manufactures excellent roofing products that will outlast the competition and are priced right!! We only use a Co-Polymer based product. Co-Polymers are outstanding for roofing material as they are not affected by the sun's harmful UV rays, offer extreme flexibility and exhibit the waterproof characteristics that all roofing materials should have.
NuRoof HD-814: Our co-polymer Rubber Roof Coating is a synthetic rubber coating that transforms most existing roof membranes into an attractive and highly reflective surface with enhanced weathering characteristics. The roof coating creates a monolithic membrane that has excellent elongation, tensile strength, UV resistance, low temperature flexibility and superior adhesion properties. May be used as a coating or patch. Available in 5 Gallon and 50 Gallon Units. (16) colors available.
SafeWalk HD-814R : HD-814R is an elastomeric copolymer rubber based liquid with rubber granules incorporated to provide texture and slip resistance. It is primarily used to create a visible walkway with anti-skid characteristics on roofs. The modified formulation has excellent elongation, UV resistance and weathering characteristics. This flexible textured membrane also has excellent resistance to ozone as well as low temperature flexibility. HD-814R liquid rubber walkway has displayed good adhesion to many properly prepared substrates including EPDM. Available in 5 Gallon and 50 Gallon Units. (16) colors available.
